The rental installation fee is £5995.00 for the 20’x8′ and 24’x’8′ annexes.
For the 16’x17′ and 24’x12′ x 12’x8′ L-Shape annexe it is £7995.00.
Then a small monthly rental fee listed below.
Mains connection and Part P certification are included within 7 days of the studio installation by our electrician, so no worries about that.
We keep things very simple for you to have a family member in your back garden.

The maximum distance we will install a rental annexe is 160 miles from our workshop at NN18 8AN.
This covers all of London and as far as Brighton on the south coast.
The weekly/monthly rental costs are…
20′ x 8′ (6100mm x 2440mm) – £183.46 inc VAT per week – This is £795 per month inc VAT.
24′ x 8′ (7315mm x 2440mm) – £196.15 inc VAT per week – This is £850.00 per month inc VAT.
16′ x 17′ (4880mm x 5185mm) – £242.31 inc VAT per week – This is £1050.00 per month inc VAT.
24′x12 x 12’x8′ L-Shape – £242.31 inc VAT per week – This is £1050.00 per month inc VAT.
Rental of the garden annexe is available in 4 internal sizes…
20′ x 8′ (which requires a space of 21ft 6in x 9ft 6in).
24′ x 8′ (which requires a space of 25ft 6in x 9ft 6in).
16′ x 17′ (which requires a space of 17ft 6in x 18ft 6in).
24′x12′ x 12’x8′ L-Shape (which requires a space of 25ft 6in x 13ft 6in).
If you want to end the rental anytime (after 24 months) then returning the garden annexe is free.
The minimum rental period is 24 months.
